This is a contract for the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and domestic hot water production of the PODT owned and managed by the City of Thiais indicated in the list in appendix 1 of the 'engagement Act. These installations are described in appendix 1 of the Special technical clauses (CCTP). This is a contract of the “Fixed-price benefit with profit-sharing” (PFI) type comprising operating and maintenance services (P2), all the installations and the major maintenance - renewal (P3) of part of the facilities. “Possible additional services” and small work services except P3 on estimate (P5) are included in the framework of the contract. The other services that the public body would entrust to the holder of this contract are deemed to be listed in separate markets.

This contract concerns the operation and maintenance of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and domestic hot water production facilities of the PODT owned and managed by the City of Thiais indicated in the list in appendix 1 of the deed of commitment. These installations are described in appendix 1 of the Special technical clauses (CCTP). This is a contract of the “Fixed-price benefit with profit-sharing” (PFI) type comprising operating and maintenance services (P2), all the installations and the major maintenance - renewal (P3) of part of the facilities. “Possible additional services” and small work services except P3 on estimate (P5) are included in the framework of the contract. The other services that the public body would entrust to the holder of this contract are deemed to be listed in separate markets. All services include engineering, insurance, supply, installation, tuning, documentation and guarantees included. The City of Thiais is responsible for the supply of natural gas fuel, water and electricity necessary for the operation of the facilities operated by the holder. However, the monitoring of the technical conformity of the delivery of all these fluids is the responsibility of the holder, the only one competent to judge. The application of the incentive clause to energy savings will not occur as soon as the market is notified. A period of prior observation of energy performance will be applied. The holder is responsible for the proper collection and analysis of the data necessary for the City of Thiais to be able to notify its decision to apply the profit-sharing. The contractor may make proposals for “possible additional services” at the start of the contract, which the public body reserves the right to have or not be implemented, by settling them in the financial framework of P5 services.
