With Resolution 41 of 29/03/2023, the Contracting Authority has decided to entrust the Services relating to architecture and engineering, relating to the Works Management – DL – and Safety Coordination during execution – CSE – with reference to the integrated contracts for the executive design and execution of the works listed in the epigraph and divided as follows:

- Gerosa Line and Potabilizer cantoniera house TR01 - PTB01;

- Tenna lifting - Line up to drinking water treatment Casa Cantoniera TR02

- Casa Cantoniera Water Purifier Line – Croce di Casale TR03

In particular, this tender is awarded the contract relating to the Works Management – DL – and Safety Coordination in the execution phase – CSE – with reference to the contracts of the following construction lots:

- Gerosa Line and Potabilizer cantoniera house TR01 - PTB01;

- Tenna lifting - Line up to drinking water treatment Casa Cantoniera TR02

- Casa Cantoniera Water Purifier Line – Croce di Casale TR03

The tender is carried out through an open procedure, pursuant to art. 3 and 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, (hereinafter, also Code) for the award of the contract for services relating to architecture and engineering, relating to the Works Management and Safety Coordination during the execution phase, with reference to the works of:

- LIFTING TENNA - LINE UP TO DRINKING WATER MAKING CASA CANTONIERA TR02- P.N.R.R. CODE: M2C4-I4.1-A1-21 - ORDER CODE: AXHD - CUP: F11B20001000005;

- CASA CANTONIERA DRINKING WATER TREATMENT LINE – CROCE DI CASALE TR03- P.N.R.R. CODE: M2C4-I4.1-A2-16- ORDER CODE: AXHE - CUP: F81B20001150005;

The 3 (three) construction lots provide for the construction of two derivations from surface water, respectively, from the artificial reservoir of Gerosa and from the Tenna stream, each derivation with a flow rate of a maximum of 200 l / s and the construction of a single centralized drinking water treatment plant, with a capacity of 400 l / s, responsible for integrating the water resource in the Sibillini aqueduct, through a single conduct pressing.

The realization of the 3 lots of works, in question, therefore require overlapping and interference at the water purification plant, probably also of a distinct temporal nature.

It follows that those construction lots are closely linked from a functional point of view and, beyond the inclusion in PNRR funding, are also strategic for CIIP SpA, taking into account the serious water crisis in progress and the need to put the works into operation as soon as possible, in order to guarantee the provision of resources.

Therefore, it is necessary to proceed with the unitary assignment of the Works Management and Safety Coordination service during the execution phase relating to the 3 construction lots, with regard to a single economic operator, in order to guarantee the coordination of the 3 economic operators awarded the integrated contracts, both from the point of view of compliance with the provisions on the health and safety of workers, and from a purely executive point of view, compressing the testing and commissioning times of the works.

The tender will be awarded to the competitor who has submitted the most economically advantageous offer, on the basis of the best quality-price ratio, pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 2, of the Code, according to the evaluation criteria and sub-criteria and related weights and sub-weights indicated in this Specification.

As part of this procedure, the award will be arranged in favor of the economic operator who has achieved the highest overall score deriving from the sum of the scores attributed to the Technical Offer and the Economic Offer. In the event of equal winning bids, a draw will be made in public, pursuant to art. 77 of R.D. 827/1924.

The total value resulting from the successful tenderer's tender shall constitute the consideration for the contraa.

The award will be made even if there is only one valid tender. The award will not be made where no offer will be considered convenient or suitable in relation to the object of the contract pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 12, of the aforementioned Legislative Decree.

Each tenderer may not submit more than one tender. Bids submitted only for a part of the works in question will be excluded, those produced with price methods different from that indicated, those that present values higher than the auction base and those presented in violation of Legislative Decree 50/2016.
