Livin Housing is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the provision of grounds maintenance services to areas within its ownership, including open spaces, communal gardens, footpaths and in some cases enclosed gardens. This comprises approximately 60 hectares open spaces, 8 500 properties and includes around 7 500 trees.

The works will comprise of grass cutting, hedge cutting, planted bed maintenance, hard surface weed control and tree maintenance.

The initial contract will be for a duration of 4 years, with the option for an extension of a further 4 years.
