Technical inspection servicesAs part of the project to develop the banks of the Huveaune, SOLEAM, under the authority of MAMP, will implement developments and structures requiring the intervention of a technical inspector to correct the provisions provided for by the project manager to consolidate these points at the project stage and to certify the proper completion of the facilities and structures in accordance with these expectations at the works stage. In addition, the project will be along (housing or industrial type) and will use (crossing the Huveaune) existing structures. To this end, it will be necessary to: - verify that the existing structures that will be used comply with the normative provisions on solidity and durability; - ensure, through prior expert visits, that private structures located at the roadside do not show signs of structural weakness upstream of the work

the Framework Agreement with maximum is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The maximum amount of the framework agreement, including renewals, is 180,000 (excl. VAT)
