Cleaning and maintenance of buildings and schools in the municipality of Lescar. This Framework Agreement consists of the implementation of a set of regular and/or ad hoc cleaning operations in accordance with the requirements and descriptions of the CCTP in order to keep the premises clean. Pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 2112-2 of the Public Order Code, the execution of the contract includes a compulsory social clause for inclusion by economic activity for lots 1 to 6.

Maintenance of the sites concerned: Circus — Liana: marquee 531 m2 of painted concrete, 70 m2 carpet, 35 floor mats of 2 m x 1 m and 3 mats of 6 m x 2 m. Office building and changing rooms 40 m2 tiles and 80 m2 of Lino under construction). Recreation centre 900 m2 including tiled 560 m2 , Lino 320 m2 including 203 m2 for the 1st floor and laminate parquet floor 20 m2 . Archery 870 m2 including 700 m2 concrete, no shooting, 55 m2 of Lino for the club house and 38 m2 of tiles for the changing rooms. Hourquie WC: 5 m2 stainless steel.

Maintenance of the sites concerned: center animation meetings — gymnasium Paul Fort — friendly Laïque. Animation center meets 1 182 m2 including tiles 96 m2 , Lino 311 m2 , Dalblex 65 m2 , plastic slab with relief 279 m2 and 385 m2 of parquet. 274 m2 of glazing. Gymnasium Paul Fort: 145 m2 of tiles. Maintenance of the sites concerned: Désiré Garrain complex — Municipal Technical Centre. Municipal technical center: all floors are tiled for a surface of 615 m2, 241 m2of changing rooms and 374 m2offices. Gymnasium Désiré Garrain: the sanitary floor with a surface of 135 m2 is tiled, for that of the walkways with a surface of 63 m2 it is painted concrete, the large room, the fitness room, the wall on the left have a resin floor of 700 m2 , 150 m2 and 530 m2 . The trinquet has a painted concrete surface of 265 m2. 750 m2glazing. Toilet Skatepark: 5 m2 stainless steel.
