Non-cash purchase of fuels and non-fuel products using fuel cards for means of transport and equipment for WZDW and RDW in the years 2023-2026. The order covers the non-cash purchase of fuels throughout the country using fuel cards, taking into account the following rules:
- non-cash sale of fuels must make it possible to keep records of the fuel taken for individual vehicles, specifying the date of refueling, the place of refueling, the amount of fuel taken,
- the fuel card must have a code assigned to a particular vehicle or person,
- the possibility of non-cash purchase of additional goods and services, such as cleaning the interior of the vehicle, washing the vehicle, purchasing car oils and liquids, as well as refueling fuel for canisters for devices with small capacity tanks,
The indicative demand for fuels in the years 2023-2026 is:
- unleaded petrol 95 – 322.800 liters
- diesel fuel – 793.800 liters
