The Directorate of Public Construction and Property has initiated a program for efficiency. The procurement sector, excluding major construction projects, is considered to have large potential gains. To assist us in this work, we hereby invited tenderers to an open tender contest for the purchase of consulting services to i.a. undertake purchasing analysis and preparation of action plan(s) to ensure the most effective procurements.
