The contest is for a framework agreement for the provision of waste collection services for Sarpsborg Municipality. The service includes the collection, transport, and processing of residual waste, food waste, paper/cardboard, plastic packaging, glass and metal packaging from households and holiday cabins in Sarpsborg Municipality. In addition municipal business waste is to be collected.

The service also includes processing waste from the collected fractions.

The stated volumes are an estimate and are not binding for the contracting authority. The scope will depend on the contracting authority´s budget situation, activities, and other framework factors. The contracting authority is not bound to the volume in the contract period.
