Description:
Water supply Northeast Groningen

Waterbedrijf Groningen and North Water intend to jointly construct various water pipes for the water supply in the northeast of the province of Groningen. Waterbedrijf Groningen is responsible for the realization of the 'Northeast Groningen water supply' project. The project includes the following pipelines:

Drink A drinking water pipe for the purpose of consolidating the robust water supply in the area.

Industr An industrial water pipeline for delivery to customers in the Eemshaven area.

Pers A press sewage system for the opening up of the Eemshaven area to the existing network of Noorderzijlvest Water Board.

RuwA raw water pipeline for the transport of collected Eemskanaal water from intake work to industrial water treatment, at the Garmerwolde WWTP of Noorderzijlvest Water Board.
