The market is a composite public market consisting of:

- part of an ordinary public contract at a global and fixed price, for the services listed in the CCTP,

- part of a single-contractor framework agreement executed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority in accordance with the list of unit prices.

the framework agreement part is concluded without a minimum, and with a maximum of 150 000,00 EUR HT for each lot, for the entire duration of the contract

Lot 1: Territory 1 comprising the heritage located in:

the Paris department (75)

the department of Essonne (91)

the department of Sainte Saint-Denis (93)

the department of Val de Marne (94)

the town of Asnières sur Seine (92)

Lot 2: Territory 2 comprising the heritage located in:

the department of Yvelines (78)

the department of Hauts de Seine (92) without the commune of Asnières-sur-Seine

the department of Val d'Oise (95).
