Providing a service consisting in the collection, transport and development of municipal waste: 1) from property owners from the Poronin Municipality (inhabited and uninhabited) on which municipal waste is created; 2) to be put up by residents in front of the property in the framework of the so called “exhibition”, 3) waste accumulated at the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste located in Poronin, equipment of the above PSZOK with containers and containers for segregated municipal waste, 4) supply of bags for selective collection in the colours specified in the regulations necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system. The estimated size of the contract subject during the period of execution of the order, i.e. in 2022, is approximately 4,200 Mg and this amount of waste will be accepted for the offer calculations. Vehicles to receive waste shall meet at least Euro 4 emission permissible emission standards, which the Contractor shall equip with GPS, cameras and barcode readers.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from all property owners from the area of the Municipality of Poronin - inhabited and uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is created; reception, transport and landscaping of waste, which will be put up by residents in front of the property as part of the collection of the so-called “exhibition”; the collection, transport and management of waste collected at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) located in Poronin, the equipment of the above PSZOK with containers. and containers for segregated municipal waste and the delivery of bags for selective collection in the colours specified in the regulations (on a bag per bag basis) necessary for the proper operation of the waste management system. The estimated size of the contract subject during the period of execution of the order, i.e. in 2022, is approximately 4,200 Mg. The amount of waste collected from January 2021 to August 2021amounted to 2643.70 Mg. Therefore, the Ordering Party estimates the collected amount of waste in 2022 at around 4 200 Mg, and this amount of waste will be accepted for the offer calculations. Vehicles for receiving municipal waste at the Contractor's disposal must meet at least Euro 4 emission permissible emission standards. The Contractor shall equip vehicles before 01.01.2022 for the collection and transport of municipal waste into barcode readers, with GPS allowing reading the vehicle's waste collection route and a set of cameras recording the day and time. The service consists of the collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating in the area of the Municipality of Poronin, broken down by fractions of waste: other post-segregation (mixed) municipal waste, slag and ash from household fireboxes, segregated waste: plastics, metals and packaging these fractions, segregated waste: paper, cardboard and packaging of these fractions, segregated waste: glass and packaging of these fractions, biodegradable waste (green), etc., furniture and other large-sized waste, spent tires, used electrical and electronic appliances (RTV and household appliances), waste from concrete and concrete debris, brick rubble, household construction and demolition waste, waste: expired cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs, etc., waste used batteries and batteries, etc., hazardous and inert waste, waste produced during household injections (spent needles, syringes), clothing and textiles, large-sized waste from PSZOK, among others: tyres, used RTV and household appliances, furniture, etc. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of waste received in relation to previous years calculations depending on actual needs and quantities and on factors independent of the Contracting Authority, without the right of the Contractor to claims for damages in this respect. Renovation waste — construction and demolition and unsegregated (mixed) waste resulting from unforeseen random events produced by residents residing in the property and from uninhabited properties shall be collected and disposed of under the rules laid down in the resolution additional services provided by the municipality in the field of receiving municipal waste from property owners and on the basis of the Rules of Procedure and Purity in the territory of the Municipality of Poronin.
