The subject of the award procedure is the necessary planning and engineering services of the technical building equipment for the construction of the aforementioned construction project.

The scope of services to be commissioned is based on the specifications of the HOAI 2021 and includes the planning services of the service phases 1-9 of the technical equipment specialist planning in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI for plant groups 1-8. All basic services of the named service phases are advertised.
