Description:

Project management mission for the restructuring of the Jean Zay - Henri Ribière school restaurant, in Grand-Quevilly (76)

- the project management contract includes the following elements of project management missions:

- APS,

- preliminary draft,

- ODA,

- final draft,

- PRO,

- project studies,

- ACT,

- assistance with the award of the works contract,

- DET: Directorate of the execution of works,

- Visa,

- Project Compliance and Visa Reviews of Business Execution Studies,

- AOR: Assistance in the reception operations and guarantee of perfect completion of the work of the companies,

- additional missions planned:

- OPC - Scheduling, control and coordination of the site,

- CSSI - Coordination of the fire safety system.

The estimated financial envelope excluding VAT for the operation, assigned to the works, all expenses included, is evaluated for an amount of 4,200,000 EUR excluding VAT.

The overall estimated duration of execution of this project management contract is 42 months.
