The purpose of the procurement is to meet the Riksdag administration's need for consultancy services that assist the administration in its development of digital channels. The procurement is divided into three optional tender areas. Tenderers' bids may cover one, two or three areas.

RDF's goal for the procurement is to sign a framework agreement with one supplier per tender area.

Within tender area 1, RDF primarily sees a need for consultancy support from service and interaction designers (UX), Art Director (AD), interface developers (FE) and project managers.

In tender area 2, RDF primarily sees a need for consulting support from web analysts, as well as specialists and developers in the tool Matomo.

In tender area 3, RDF primarily sees a need for consultancy support from accessibility specialists as well as support in strategy work and advice in accessibility.
