A separate service contract forms the basis for our provision of services to our customers. The rota system procured in this competition shall therefore be used by our customers, but it will be regulated through a separate contractual relationship, and has, thus, a separate foundation basis.

DFØ is the Contracting Authority and there will at no point be a direct contractual relationship between the tenderer and DFØ's customers.

DFØ is using this tender contest to procure a general rota system, which has tried to be adapted to the existing customers' known needs.

As more of DFØ's customers start to use the procured system, it must be adapted to the customers' needs.

Operation is not included in this Notice. A detailed description of the delivery is in Annex 1, 1A and 1B of the contract, the customer's Requirement Specifications.
