Full service rental service of n. 17 digital electronic equipment for the detection of violations of the Highway Code (art. 142) in a fixed and permanent location without obligation of immediate dispute, in relation to instantaneous speed and a system for the detection of the average speed remotely, for a period of four years.

rental supply, installation and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of n. 17 digital electronic equipment in a fixed location approved for the control of road safety through the instant electronic detection of violations of the Highway Code, (art. 142) and n. 1 system in a fixed and permanent location, without the obligation of immediate dispute for the detection of the average speed remotely (art. 142 C.d.S).

The following benefits are also included:

-training and assistance of staff in the use of equipment and software necessary for their management;

- the supply of hardware and software necessary for the use of the system;

The equipment to be supplied must be supplied in the manner and with the technical characteristics indicated in the specifications.

The contract will last four (4) years.

The service must interface with the information system and with the IT platform for the management of administrative penalties relating to the Highway Code.

Taking into account the purposes of road safety and the objectives already pursued by the Province, the rental supply of n. 17 stations for the detection of instantaneous speed and n. 1 system in a fixed location for the detection of average speed, could increase depending on the issue of prefectural decrees resulting from the definition of the procedures initiated in order to road safety.

The aforementioned stations will be managed exclusively by the inspection bodies in order to methods, places and timing of traffic control activities and will be installed in compliance with current regulations.

Any changes and / or revocations of the prefectural decrees on the sections of road subject to detection to violations of the Highway Code, will result in the variation of the contract.
