This contract concerns a framework supply contract for the rental and comprehensive maintenance of black/white and colour printers and new and unused peripherals (software and hardware), without recycled parts, already available on the market and ready to operate in the IT environment of the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions.

The purpose of the contract is the rental and comprehensive maintenance of black/white and colour printers and new and unused peripherals (software and hardware), without recycled parts, already available on the market and ready to operate in the Committees' IT environment. Also included in the purpose of the contract are:

— delivery, assembly, installation, configuration and return of empty packaging material,

— operator training,

— supply of consumables (including staples),

— comprehensive maintenance, including replacement of all spare parts.
