The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of equipment of the television system for the early detection (monitoring) of forest fire hazards, including the installation and commissioning of the system, in particular:
(a) installation on the newly built lattice mast H-48 m in the village of Mielno, the municipality of Mieleszyn (L-ctwo Nowaszyce), plot no. 5062/1 (brackets for the camera and antennas were installed at the stage of construction of the mast) a set of devices indicated in the monitoring project,
c) installation at the RPAD point (District Alarm Point — Dispatch Point) of a set of devices indicated in the monitoring project,
d) the implementation of the radio communication system between the fire mast in the village of Mielno (L-ctwo Nowaszyce), the reinforced concrete tower in the village of Piaski (L-ctwo Stary Dwór) and the fire mast in the village of Ostrowo (Forśnictwo Hutka),

(e) The Contractor, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, shall apply to the Electronic Communications Authority (UKE) to grant the appropriate frequency necessary for the performance of the radio communications system described in point (d) or other law-required decisions, authorisations, judgments and etc.,
(f) The Contractor shall be obliged to start and implement the entire system together with tests of its correct functioning,
g) The Contractor will provide service and technical support during the warranty period:
