Deliver Responsive Learning programmes to adult (aged 19+) in the Yorkshire area under the following priorities:

— Priority 1 — Unemployed Adults;

— Priority 2 — English and Maths in the community;

— Priority 3 — Up-skilling individuals in employment;

These will be 3 year contracts (delivery quality dependant).

The College is inviting proposals from suitably qualified and experience providers to deliver Responsive Learning programmes to adults (aged 19+) in the North and West Yorkshire area under the following priorities:

— Priority 1 — Unemployed Adults 250 000 GBP;

— Priority 2 — English and Maths in the community 150 000 GBP;

— Priority 3 — Upskilling individuals in employment 80 000 GBP.

All delivery must be in line with eligibility, funding and audit compliance stipulated by the Education and Skills Funding Agency in the Adult Education Budget 2017-18 guidance.
