The subject of the contract is the provision of a service of successive collection, transport and management of waste from the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Białystok (hereinafter: ZUOK in Białystok) classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 01 12, i.e. slags and bottom ashes other than those listed in 19 01 11 in a total amount of 10 000 Mg in one of the processes recovery: R2- R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended). By "final waste management" the Ordering Party understands the final recovery process R2-R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).
