It is a framework agreement concluded by negotiated procedure with prior call for competition,

for a period of 2 years from the notification of award, renewable 6 times for a period of 1 year (maximum duration of 8 years). This duration is the same for each of the lots.

The renewal operates tacitly, for each lot, at the end of each period, unless otherwise decided by the contracting authority at least 3 months before the end of the current period. The renunciation may be notified by the contracting authority by sending a registered letter to the successful tenderer's address.

The framework agreement consists of 3 lots:

LOT 1: Supply and installation of pantographs for hybrid or electric buses.

The purpose of this lot is the supply, installation and commissioning of chargers and pantographs to charge plug-in hybrid buses or electric buses.

The purpose of this lot is the supply, installation and commissioning of chargers and pantographs to charge plug-in hybrid buses or electric buses.

The maximum order volume is estimated at 50 loader and pantograph assemblies descending, over a maximum period of 8 years. There is no minimum quantity to order.

These supplies will meet the specifications set out in the technical part of the Special Specifications.

The purpose of this lot consists in the supply, installation and commissioning of chargers in the depots of the TEC Group in order to recharge plug-in hybrid buses or electric buses.

The maximum order volume is estimated at 500 chargers over a maximum period of 8 years. There is no minimum quantity to order.

These supplies will meet the specifications set out in the technical part of the

special specifications.

The purpose of this lot is the supply of mobile chargers in the depots of the TEC group in order to recharge plug-in hybrid buses or electric buses.

The maximum order volume is estimated at 50 chargers over a maximum period of 8 years.
