Zweites Deutsche Fernsehen (ZDF) intends to conclude a framework agreement with a framework contract partner for the award of manufacturer- and supplier-neutral consulting and support services in the field of media technology.

The Second German Television operates its headquarters at the broadcasting centre in Mainz. The following services are advertised for this location.

In the context of new construction or modernization projects, the conversion of workflows or due to internal, organizational or production-related adjustments, ZDF is repeatedly faced with the challenge of a needs-based and at the same time innovative digital transformation of its divisions at its locations. For these, clearly defined strategies based on the requirements of tomorrow are crucial. In addition to the workplaces / environments of the employees, the future equipment and orientation of meeting rooms and conference rooms can also be seen here, which are mainly due to the changes in everyday working life generated as a consequence of the pandemic.

In the described environment of audiovisual communication technology, ZDF would like to make use of flexible and selective, manufacturer- and supplier-neutral, external consulting and planning services on a separate basis.

For this purpose, ZDF would like to commission consulting and planning services that are characterized by forward-looking ideas and specialize in media technology systems. The work packages described in the service description are to be discussed, processed and implemented in planning in coordination with ZDF.

ZDF intends to conclude a framework agreement with a framework contract partner for the award of manufacturer- and supplier-neutral consulting and support services in the field of media technology. The subject of the framework agreement are binding hourly rates as well as lump sums, which are fixed over the term of the contract (including optional term extensions).

Based on the experience of the last few years, a total volume of approx. 100 person-days per year is to be expected (without purchase obligation). The maximum order volume is 200 person-hours per year. There is no entitlement on the part of the Contractor to exhaust the specified hourly quotas or the estimated call-off volume. ZDF does not promise a minimum purchase quantity. There is no purchase obligation for ZDF.
