Through this European tender, Lucas Onderwijs wants to contract a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for the hiring of the schools. The scope of the tender is the hiring of teachers and educational support staff for primary and secondary education. The MSP will be the first point of contact for school leaders when setting out hiring applications. The MSP has access to the entire market for filling in hiring applications, i.e. secondments, freelancers and self-employed intermediaries. The MSP acts independently from a neutral role and is the extension of Lucas Education towards the hiring market. The services of the MSP are broadly as follows:
• Implementation of the hiring process to support the school leaders.
• Setting out hiring application widely in the market (network Lucas Education and other).
• Contract management hiring (managing hiring risks, file accrual, time registration, invoicing, performing extension of hiring assignment).
