The purpose of this contract concerns the establishment of a support structure for candidates and winners of the "Go Circular" call for projects, second edition. This support aims more particularly to support project leaders in the submission of an application file as well as to accompany in the field the projects that will be identified as winners by the selection juries and to optimize their circular nature throughout their implementation.

The conclusion of this contract does not give any exclusive right to the service provider. The contracting authority may, during the period of validity of that contract, have services identical or similar to those described in those special contract documents performed by other service providers or by its own departments. In this case, the successful bidder will not be able to claim any compensation for this fact.

The contract shall be carried out in accordance with the technical requirements described in these special specifications.
