The listed East School is located on the property at Karl - Liebknecht Straße 56 in Gera. This will be extensively renovated and rebuilt.

In this context, locksmith work takes place on all floors of the building.

The following rough quantities should be carried out:

- approx. 11.4 t steel structure escape staircase in total,

- 44 running meters of railing construction of an escape staircase,

- 70 running meters of handrail stainless steel,

- 8 running meters of underflow protection,

- 23 running meters of outer railing middle brace,

- 5.5 running meters of inner railing,

- 68 running meters of historic stair railing,

- 62 running meters of second handrail wall side in oak,

- 68 running meters replacement of historical handrail based on the prototype,

- 68 running meters refurbishing historical banisters.
