The Client wishes to conclude an Agreement with one Tenderer, who has made the most economically advantageous Tender, for the provision of accountancy services.

The service consists of:

Fixed price for interim audit, management letter, discuss management letter (official), annual accounts audit, audit report and discuss audit report (official and administrative).

2 Natural advisory function

Part of work. Included in fixed price for part 1.

3 Specific sub-declarations

With regard to SiSa:

o Fixed price per measure and associated heaviness (light or heavy).

Other partial declarations:

o As needed and on demand.

4 Individual consultancy work

As needed and on demand.
