1. The subject of this public contract is the collection and development services of municipal waste in 2022 from property owners residing from the City and Municipality of Sanniki.

2. The Contractor shall be obliged to:

(a) the receipt of municipal waste from owners of domiciled property,

(b) the receipt of municipal waste from punk selective waste collection,

(c) provide the service of substitution and receipt of a container intended for construction and demolition waste.

2. The Contractor shall be obliged to:

(a) the receipt of municipal waste from owners of domiciled property,

(b) the receipt of municipal waste from punk selective waste collection,

(c) provide the service of substitution and receipt of a container intended for construction and demolition waste.

3. Based on the amount of waste collected from 2019 and 2020, the following amounts of waste intended to be collected in 2022 are estimated:
