The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement, repair, changing, and assembly of car tyres on passenger cars, goods vans and lorries, and any other accompanying equipment and services.
Two framework agreements will be signed. One framework agreement for the delivery of tyres, etc., for passenger cars and goods vans, and one contract for the delivery of tyres, etc., for lorries. The same tenderer may be awarded both contracts.
The contracting authority is Stavanger Municipality, c/o Natur og Idrett and Renovasjonen IKS. In addition municipal and private units and institutions that are mainly financed by municipal operational support from the municipality are included in the contract on the same terms as the contracting authority.

The tenderer must deliver tyres, wheel rims, and chains with the accompanying services for the contracting authority's vehicles.
