The service to be acquired includes the following tasks:

— payroll management (including project wage management)

— recycling and payment of purchase inbills

— Accounts receivable

— payment transport and banking connections

— travel management

— Reporting

— accounting (fixed assets, internal and external calculation, project calculation, project calculation)

— working time accounting

— tax and corporate legal advice.

In addition, under the direction of its expert, the service provider is tasked with providing on-site familiarization and guidance to the staff of Helsinki Partners Oy, where appropriate. The service provider shall include in its offer modifications and repairs related to the smooth use of the services subject to purchase, as well as any licensing fees and other costs included in the service set.

In this acquisition, the project refers to internal activities and the project is based on external financing.

The provider's financial management services must be compatible with Microsoft's 365 service platform and its operating control system Dynamics365.
