The Scottish Association for Marine Science is looking for a single supplier for the decommissioning, stripping out and removal of existing mechanical and electrical services associated with Chiller plant equipment, breaking out and removal of existing concrete plinths, alterations and adaptations to existing primary and secondary steelwork, replacement louvred screens to external wall areas, removal of existing roof louvre sheeted over with new profiled metal roof sheeting, and the replacement of floor coverings. Installation and commissioning of new chiller plant, reconnection of ventilation and associated electrical work.
