The object of the service is the supply of training content to be delivered digitally. Through digital training, Trenitalia intends to pursue the following objectives:

- increase the effectiveness of training courses through the differentiation of the methods and tools used and the enhancement and optimization of training moments in attendance,

- offer learners always up-to-date and always available training material for use,

- develop the digital skills of Trenitalia staff involved both as a learner and as an internal trainer and tutor.
