The objective of this tender is to find a suitable supplier for the delivery of learning resources to the Client's Internal Learning Resources Fund (ILF). The contracting authority wishes to achieve this goal by means of a European tender in accordance with an open procedure, where the 'tender with the best price-quality ratio' is the starting point. With this tender, the contracting authority wishes to contract a tenderer that is able to provide the service properly (qualitatively and competitively), in accordance with the requirements stated in these tender documents.
