The object of the order is to perform a comprehensive cleaning and clean maintenance of premises, external areas of objects used by the Marshal Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.

The Ordering Party requires the performance of cleaning services in accordance with the following division:

1) Current cleaning:

a) every working day, during the work of the Office, from 7.30 to 15.30 (according to

with Annex 1 to the Agreement – cleaning area of 1 053 m2);

The Ordering Party requires 5 persons working together (in accordance with the list constituting Annex 2 to the Agreement and the scope of duties constituting Annex 3 to the Agreement):

• in the buildings of the UMWD at Wyb. J. Słowackiego 12-14, Mazowiecka 15 and 17 and Wallońska 3-5,

• and in external areas located directly next to the above-mentioned buildings (the Ordering Party informs that the area of the external area is about 14 810 m2 (including 9 060 m2 paved area and 5 750 m2 green area)

Outdoor cleaning service is for the removal of any contamination

from these areas (municipal pollution, leaves, etc.):

- from accesses and entrances to the facilities,

-Stairs

-Parking lots

- from green areas (removal of municipal pollution),

- from internal courtyards,

- from the sidewalks and the internal road.

Maintaining the cleanliness of the indicated green areas does not include snow removal and care (mowing, pruning, raking leaves, etc.).

b) in the afternoon, after the Office's working hours, i.e. from 4.00 p.m. (in accordance with Annex 4 to the Agreement - the area cleaned is 17 583 m2 and with the scope of duties constituting Annex 5 to the Agreement) according to the following rules:

• every working day, communication routes, toilets, utility rooms and office rooms indicated by the Ordering Party with an area of 6,326 m2 - specified in Annex 4 to the Agreement, as well as emptied trash cans should be cleaned

in every room of the UMWD,

• on Mondays and Wednesdays of each week (if there is a statutory holiday –

it is the next day after it; at the same time in December 2023 – the Ordering Party reserves the need to perform services exceptionally on: Wednesday (27.12.2023) and Friday (29.12.2023)) all office spaces indicated should be cleaned

in Annex 4 to the Agreement with an area of 11 257 m2.

In the facilities there is the following number of garbage cans with their capacity:

approx. 1061 pieces of garbage cans, including approx. 900 pcs/35l, approx. 92 pcs/60l, 69 pcs/120l

(in the rooms most often there are 35I containers, in toilets 120I and in the corridors 60l, 120I). In the facility at Mazowiecka there are 3 shredders requiring bags with a capacity of 300l.

The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract using its own equipment, devices and sanitary measures, approved for use and meeting the Polish Standards,

as well as approved for use on the basis of appropriate approvals, in particular these are m.in.: means (preparations) for any activity (suitable for a given surface), which is the duty of persons performing cleaning services; garbage bags; bags for shredders; point gels for the toilet and fragrances in the toilet rooms.

2) Cyclic cleaning:

The scope and frequency of cyclical works is specified in the model contract (Annex 6) and concerns:

a) double-sided cleaning of windows with frames, cleaning of blinds or blinds - twice during the term of the Agreement on the dates indicated by the Ordering Party, in the following facilities:

• Exc. J. Słowackiego 12-14

• Mazowiecka 15 and 17,

• Plac Powstańców Warszawy 1,

•Hive. Dobrzyńska 21/23,

•Hive. Matejko 5

b) double cleaning of windows along with frames and cleaning of blinds or blinds - inside the facility at 3-5 Walońska Street;

c) one-time washing of the surface of external windows (requiring the use of the mountaineering method at 3-5 Walońska Street).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified by the Ordering Party in the draft contract.
