The subject matter of the contract is the leasing of operating convoy vehicles (hereinafter vehicles) to Tallinn Prison (2 vehicles), Viru Prison (2 vehicles) and Tartu Prison (2 vehicles) according to the terms and conditions of the public procurement documents. The vehicle type prior to the conversion shall be N1 vans, which shall comply with the conditions set out in the contract documents. After the upgrade, the vehicles shall be registered as M1 vehicles. Vehicles are leased for 60 months. The vehicles must be handed over to the user by 21.12.2020 at the latest.
