The departmental fire and rescue services of the south-eastern defense and security zone pool their skills within the framework of a grouping of orders in order to optimize the purchase of materials for the fire brigade. 11 SDIS are grouped around this consultation relating to the acquisition of rescue and victim assistance vehicles including the chassis and equipment.

It is a framework agreement to purchase orders concluded for a period of 1 year from its notification. It is concluded with a single economic operator with a minimum and a maximum in quantity, all members combined, defined as follows:

minimum quantity: 81 / maximum quantity: 82.
