1. The subject of the contract is to maintain the cleanliness of student dormitories of the Poznań University of Economics: Atol, Dewizka and Feniks and to wash glazing and windows from July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.

2. The contracting authority divided the contract into three lots:

Part I – concerns the Atol student dormitory

Part II – concerns the student dormitory Dewizka

Part III – concerns the Feniks student dormitory

The Contractor is obliged to appoint a coordinator whose duty is to check and improve the quality of the service performed together with the Ordering Party's representative (twice a month) and to confirm a detailed report on the inspection and assessment of the cleaned areas.

Part II – Dewizka student dormitory

Part III – Feniks Student House
