1. The subject of the contract is the delivery consisting in the implementation of the task entitled: Delivery of computer equipment under the program "Support for children from Pegeer families in digital development - PPGR Grants".
2. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment:
- laptops – 393 pcs,
- desktop computers – 53 pcs.,
- tablets – 10 pcs.).
The equipment should be brand new and complete (with full wiring) and marked by the manufacturer in such a way that it is possible to identify both the product and the manufacturer and should come from an authorized sales network – the official sales channel for the European Union market, as well as be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In addition, the equipment should be free from defects and from the burden of third party rights and come from legal sources. The equipment has been described by specifying the minimum, required and needed by the customer "functional parameters", which means that equipment with parameters at the required level is acceptable.
