Building design.

The purpose of the measure is the administrative building of the State Office for Road Construction and Traffic (LASuV) Leipzig branch, Maximilianallee 3 in Leipzig. The building should be brought up to an appropriate technical standard. This means that the existing interior fittings, including the technical building equipment, the façade and the roof, should be renovated.

The planned scope of services includes the preparation of the decision document (preliminary planning). After approval of the decision document, the further commissioning is planned for the preparation of the draft document construction (design planning and approval planning), the implementation planning, the services for the award and the object monitoring as well as consultancy services for the fire protection.
