The Asklepios Clinic Harburg in Hamburg intends to build a new building that will be arranged on the hospital site, parcel 3552 between houses 8, 9 & 12 and receives connections to Denickestraße.
The new building houses the following functions:
Basement: Laundry service, Warehouse, Technical ground floor: 1 Unit, Day Clinic and Function Rooms 1.
Upper floor: 2 residential units The total area of the project new parent-child unit to be processed amounts to about 3 309 m
The construction of the new building — mother-child unit — is to create 30 inpatient and 10 partial inpatient treatment places for parents in need of treatment with children in need of treatment.
The concept of the therapy station is based on the cooperation of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics, and the Department of Adult Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics (Center for Mental Health), which has grown over the years and is further developed through past projects.
There are to be 4 stations with space for 5 small families each.
Two stations for moms /dads with children aged 0 to 6 years.
A station for moms /dads with children aged 7-12 and one day station for 5 small families.
The subject of the procurement is specialized planning services of technical equipment for the aforementioned implementation (see II.1.4)).
The order relates to the specialist planning of plant groups 1-8 in accordance with § 53 paragraph 2 HOAI 2021 excluding services for medical technology systems (part of the anl.size 7). Significant parts of the basic services of service phases 5-8 according to §§ 8, 55, annex 15.1 HOAI 2021 are commissioned.

The implementation is expected to take place as follows:
Execution planning: October 2021 to February 2022; preparation of the award: January 22 to March 2022; call for tenders, award: March 2022 to July 2022; execution: August 2022 to July 2023.
