Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ) needs to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services within public procurements subject area. The procurement will be split into three different contracts within the contract areas; ICT, travel, and general procurement assistance.

The framework agreement is for consultancy services within public procurements subject area.

The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that DFØ, including Statens innkjøpssenter, always has access to qualified consultancy services within public procurements. This includes assistance with planning and making procurements of joint government contracts, implementing and administrating signed joint contracts, formulating new category strategies, and other activities within public procurements.

Statens innkjøpssenter has a particular need for consultancy assistance within the travel category, ICT category, office category, and any future categories. Furthermore, there is a need for procurement assistance for the market place for cloud services. Otherwise DFØ mainly needs general procurement assistance.

The contract is divided into three different contract areas. Separate framework agreements will be signed for consultancy services within ICT, travel, and general procurement assistance. Contracts will be signed with two tenderers for each of the three contract areas. Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the three contract areas.
