The contracting authority's units vary in size and have different needs. The purchasing pattern in the different units will therefore also vary a lot.

The assignment is for ‘household articles’. Industrial kitchen equipment is not included. A further description of the assignment is given in annex 1 the Requirement Specifications and Award Criteria.
