Supply of active electric energy and supply of natural gas with transport as well as the responsibility for balance and modulation, the capacity mechanism, the EEC, the cost of storage with the associated services for various delivery points alloted to the electricity and natural gas control group, of which the City of Chalon-sur-Saône is the coordinator. The consultation concerns a multi-attribute framework agreement made pursuant to Articles R. 2162-1 to 6 of the Public Order Code. The framework agreement will be concluded without minimum or maximum in terms of value and quantity. The framework agreement will result in the conclusion of one or more subsequent contracts under the conditions laid down in Articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code.
