Cornwall Housing Ltd intends to award three contracts for the provision of planned painting and decoration works to its portfolio of properties. Subject to any termination rights or break clauses, which will be further defined within the ITT documents, each of the three contracts will be procured on the basis of a ten (10) year term.

The three contracts are geographically restricted to the following areas (a map of each area is included within the PQQ documentation):

Contract 1 South East Cornwall.

Contract 2 North East Cornwall.

Contract 3 Central Cornwall.

Contractors may bid for one or two of the three contracts stated above, but contractors are precluded from bidding for all three contracts.
