The provision of the integral maintenance service of the facilities and equipment (does not include the maintenance of the television and radio program transmission equipment) of the headquarters building of the Radiotelevision of the Principality of Asturias, as well as the rest of the premises for use by Radio Television of the Principality of Asturias, in the terms and conditions defined in this document and in the Technical Specifications.

The service and the tasks of attention to execute, will have as main objective to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the facilities described in the technical specifications, minimizing the possible failures and keeping them in the best state of conservation.

The execution of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this document and the Technical Specifications.

The service and the tasks of attention to execute, will have as main object, the service of integral maintenance of the installations of Radiotelevisión of the Principality of Asturias: electrical, of air conditioning, protection against fires, plumbing, masonry as well as the rest of related works.

In addition to the maintenance work related to the facilities, the work supporting the repair of machines and equipment will also be the subject of this contract. Likewise, the winning company will be responsible for the premises where facilities are located on which the maintenance personnel act, are in a perfect state of cleanliness and conservation.
