The subject of the contract is the provision of a service concerning the manufacture, implementation or maintenance of information systems by a specialized IT team. The subject of the order is described in detail in Chapter II of SWZ — Description of the subject matter of the order.

1. Deadline of order:

(a) The framework agreement will be valid for 36 months from the date of its conclusion or until the maximum gross value is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

(b) The contracting authority shall award executive contracts for individual services as needed, on the basis of an executive agreement, in accordance with the procedures specified in the framework agreement. Each time the executive order will include at least: Consultant's Specialty, the number of Consultants, the maximum number of hours of service provision per one Consultant of a given Specialty, the period and place of provision of the Consultant's services.
