At this tender, Domea.dk wishes to obtain the offer of parallel framework agreements for total advisory services for the renovation and new construction tasks of DOMEA-DK housing organisations in Denmark, divided into framework agreements for respectively. Eastern and Western Denmark. The total advisory includes renovation and new construction tasks within the framework of general housing business legislation.

In relation to points II.1.5 and point II.2.6, it is noted that in point II.1.5 (1.5) an estimate of the total estimated value of the benefits available under all subcontracts and in point II.2.6.

The contracting entity's estimate of the estimated value is based on historical consumption as well as the Finance Act.

The total maximum value of the benefits to be provided under all sub-contracts amounts to DKK 125 million, while in part contract 1, it amounts to DKK 75 million and in accordance with Subcontract 2 amounts to DKK 50 million. The rationale is set out in the terms of tender.
