The joint purchasing agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for renovation of furniture and fixtures and/or renovation projects that require a combination of the following services:

- Redesign: design/sketching and execution to give a fresh look or new functions to furniture and fixtures

- Repairs: various repair services for furniture and fixtures comprising:

- Furniture upholstering (reupholstering and padding of furniture, sewing/industrial sewing, etc.)

- Cabinet maker (wood and cabinet making work, etc.)

- Other services that are closely related to the listed services, as well as other services naturally linked to the above such as simple metalwork, minor glass work and varnishing

- Interior architect

- Transport

The tenderer must be able to supply all of the above listed services and have total responsibility for the delivered product. The work can be carried out by the tenderer, or through/in collaboration with sub-supplier(s).
