The procurement will be held in accordance with the Public Procurement Act dated 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) PPR 2016-08-12-974. part I and part III. A contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-1 (1).

The contest concerns the procurement of electricity including network lease for Lånekassen's premises in Trondheim and in Oslo.

The contract period is 2 years from contract commencement with an option for extension for a further 1 + 1 year, for a total of 4 years.
