The object of the order is the delivery of the HDR brachytherapy apparatus in the framework of the multi-annual program “National Oncology Strategy” for 2020—2030, the task “retrofitting radiotherapy facilities in 2021” for the needs of the Department of Radiotherapy of the Beskid Oncology Center — the Municipal Hospital named after the University of Radiation Therapy. John Paul II in Bielsko-Biała.

The item of the order was divided into two stages.

Stage I is the purchase and delivery of an HDR brachytherapy apparatus.

Stage II is the uninstallation and disposal of the old worn HDR brachytherapy apparatus, the execution of the shielding design, the installation, installation and commissioning of the new offered apparatus, and the training of staff in its operation.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for the delivery of the apparatus (limits and parameters assessed) is Annex 5 to the SWZ, while the technical design for radiological protection is Annex 6 to the SWZ.
