1. The subject of the order is: “Diesel supply” depending on the ambient temperature (period) respectively:

• summer,

• transient,

• winter,

meeting the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, according to Annex 3 – "standard" diesel oil (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314, as amended).

Total order quantity: 7 300 000 liters of diesel fuel. The given amount of the Ordering Party's annual demand for fuel during the term of the contract may be increased or decreased by a maximum of 20%.

In the event that, during the period between the Contractor's submission of an offer in the award procedure and the execution of the contract (concluded as a result of its settlement), there is a change in the provisions of the law regarding the conditions and quality requirements of the diesel fuel, the Contractor shall be obliged to implement the object of the contract, taking into account these changes.
